Today we are going to get more information about some illegal mortgage elimination scams that we should stay away from.

First we should know how mortgage eliminators connect with debtors?! If we know the way they use, we would be more careful while using it. Mortgage eliminators use websites, internet pop-up ads, newspaper and online classifieds and other forms of advertising to connect with consumers.

All we have to do now is to get some legal solutions for our bad financial situations. No need for doing a lot of researches to find more tempting solution that turns out to be a scam.

Here are some different forms of mortgage elimination scams that we may get in trouble because of using one of them:

1) There are many ads and mortgage frauds out there promising those debtors that there is always a solution for their debt by reducing a 30-year mortgage into just a few years and that can be done for only a few thousand dollars up front.

2) Some claims use real politicians and federal documents to prove their point. Sound convincing! They also point out that there are many scams out there and we should pay more attention in order not to fall in one of them. They are cheating people through their words, which appear to be sincere.

3) And the most dangerous side of those mortgage elimination scams that they may direct you to the county clerk’s office to file a form of ‘discharge of debt‘. This discharge form shows that the original loan has been released. But in reality, the debtor is still responsible for that loan and nothing changes…

4) Others may pay you all your loans and then convince you to apply for additional loans. The results are known. You will be left with one or more unpaid mortgages.

None of them are real because real mortgage eliminators can only:

- Organize your budget and limit your spending.

- Reduce the monthly mortgage payments.

- Refinance the shorter-term loans at a lower interest rate and may be consolidate them.

- Sell the properties.

Tips for mortgage elimination:

a) Contact your lender and discuss some points until you get the best deal with him.

b) Deal with real financial institutions that fight mortgage frauds.

c) Try to get a list of criminals from FBI to eliminate your mortgage through legal practices.

d) If you are going to sign on any document, be sure it is legal.

e) Sell your property, in need, to pay off your mortgage.
